Explore the distinctions between fostering an environment where everyone's voice is valued and creating a space where employees merely coexist. In this workshop, we will examine the dynamics of collaborative empowerment, where employees and employers unite to strengthen their community, versus an independent approach where employers focus solely on team goals. Join me to learn how you can transform your team into an empowered, committed community.
This workshop is designed for managers aspiring to transition into leadership roles. You will reflect on your own management practices, how you treat your employees, and develop a strategy to establish an open platform where both strengths and weaknesses are acknowledged, celebrated, and leveraged for continuous learning and growth.
