This ECC Community Circle, led by Coach Sophie, is a supportive space to pause, reflect, and recharge. Across three sessions, you’ll explore practical strategies for understanding infant cues, creating nurturing environments, and caring for your own wellbeing, all while connecting with fellow educators who truly get it.
Whether you’re navigating small breakthroughs or bigger hurdles, this circle is designed to support you and the infants you care for every single day.

Sophie is an Advisor with The Early Childhood Coach. With over a decade of experience as a Registered Early Childhood Educator, she brings a deep passion for infant and toddler care, play, and early literacy. Sophie is known for her creative, thoughtful, and engaging approach, and she’s excited to support educators as they nurture and inspire the children in their care.

ECC Community Circles are live, virtual coaching spaces designed for Early Childhood Educators and Leaders. They’re not courses — they’re interactive experiences where we explore real topics, reflect together, and grow as a community.
This circle is for anyone in the ECE field — educators, leaders, supervisors, owners — who wants to move from burnout to balance and gain practical tools to support their well-being and leadership.
While we strongly encourage attending all three sessions live to get the full benefit of the coaching experience, we understand that things come up. Please note that sessions will not be recorded or available for replay, and any participation hours or certificates will only reflect the sessions you attend in real time.
Your registration includes access to all 3 live coaching sessions with Shelby Secoura, a downloadable and fillable ECC Community Circle Workbook, and a full set of reflection tools, templates, and planning resources to support your journey. Please note: sessions will not be recorded and no replays will be available — this experience is designed to be live and interactive.
